My journey began in Atlanta, GA, where I learned the value of hard work as a first-generation college graduate. I vividly recall the frustrations of navigating the professional world and the stark realization that "HR is not your friend"—a truth I experienced firsthand.

Having spent many years in HR for various large organizations, I've gained extensive expertise and a deep understanding of the workplace dynamic. My passion lies in using this knowledge to empower individuals in their careers and provide unbiased assistance with workplace concerns. Simultaneously, I am equally dedicated to supporting small companies that may lack the resources or need for a full-time in-house HR department.
